Big Four Ice Caves

🚗 Getting There

From Granite Falls, drive the Mountain Loop Highway. Drive to Deer Creek, where the road is no longer plowed. Walk along the Mountain Loop Highway another 2 miles until you reach the Big Four Ice Caves trailhead.

📝 Trip Notes

• Heavy snow during the week and a warm weekend made for a great outing
• Once in the basin we were able to leave the snowshoeless masses behind and achieve solitude
